Thank you, your suggestion to use Suction Cups was very useful, HP should provide explicit instructions on how to remove the ZBOOK cove, we just needed to Backup the M2 Solid State Hard Drive date for Privacy and Security before the computer is send to Warranty, but not knowing what is under makes the guessing id there is more screws or if we need to push sideways or up without braking the tabs that snap together. Yes I consider this one of the most difficult LAPTOPS to Open for the first Time, but once you know where is is being secured it is all business as usual ....  Shame on HP for not providing us the details instructions on this business models, I looked everywhere, and they all just marked the 7 screws to remove, and the cover was still holding tight, Until I found your post which gave me the confidence to put a little more muscle in the right direction, and with 4 professional suction cups it finally opened.....  THANK YOU.

Conclusion - This solves the issue on opening the ZBOOK 15V G5, remove all 7 screws (4 back long and 3 front short), then use suction cups to pull up while you gently ply the taps around the chassis starting from back (Hinges) to front. (Note: NO extra screws under rubber feet.)
