So I’ve seen multiple people say that their al in one gives an error message: unsupported adapter installed. Press esc key for start up menu. Start up menu pops up in the bottom right, but doesn’t respond to the esc key?
it does a series off long beeps, then short beeps. I have changed the power source and it came back on. Now it’s doing it again.
I’ve tired draining the power, turning it on and off, switching outlets etc. I took out the usb for the keyboard and mouse as well.
if this is a known issue then what has HP done about it?
someone PLEASE give me some
