Hi, I got a laptop HP Pavilion-15-cd004no which needs a new battery.

Anyone knows the battery code number to order a new one?

Possibly it is 

920070-855

Assembly-battery 3C 41Whr 3.6Ah LI TF

I had to guess at your product id and picked 1GR22LA

but there are several product IDs

Please look for your product ID and then verify the battery part number here

The laptop´s ID is 2BR84EA#UUW, which is not on the Product number list.

However, I manage to get the Maintenace manual for this laptop which specifies, as you accurately mentioned, 

(15) Battery (3-cell, 41-WHr, 3.6-AHr, Li-ion) 920070-855 (battery type TF03XL)

You might be happy to know that 2BR84EA#UUW is one of the laptops supported at the HP Cloud Recovery website

You can always go there and download the original software for your laptop.

Hopefully it is windows 11 and not 10 or something older!
