my HP G62 charging circuit on the mother board is dead. now I can not put on the system because the battery can not charge. I am working on passing power through the battery to the system. so I need help to help identify the terminals I need to pass the power through and the voltage I need to pass into the system through the battery terminals.

Your laptop does not run of the battery unless you disconnect the AC.

 

Try removing the battery and power-on.

the charging circuit on the motherboard is dead. so it can't be charge with the AC

Do you mean it will not power-on with the battery out???

Yes, it will not power on, the led beside the plug will not come up. It has been confirm that the circuit on the motherboard is bad.

I got a new battery that is charge full. the system power on work perfectly but will not charge the battery when connected to the AC power source through the charging adapter. i tried other adapters but it will not work. while the adapters work perfectly on another HP systems
