Hi there, 

My laption HP Pavilion 14-bf010na battery is showing error and diagnostic show very weak battery that needs replacement.

I can not find the exact battery.

  • Device name TF03041
  • Manufacturer 333-42-5D
  • Serial number 037878
  • Capacity 41926mW.Hour
  • Voltage 11550 mV
  • Chemistry LION

 

it should be 3 cell with 41 WH Li-ion but those showing compatibility show 

  • Device Voltage (Volt): 11.55 Volt
  • Capacity: 3470mAh / 41.9Wh / 3-Cell

The Maintenance & Service guide for your notebook

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05527168.pdf   (chapter 3, page 17, item 16)

shows   Battery (4 cell, 70 Wh, 4.55 Ah)      HP part number: 920070-855

as being the compatible battery for your notebook.

 

Here is where you can find it at Amazon.co.uk. Make sure that the HP part number is present and there is a one year warranty.

I wonder why official HP support provides false / incorrect information,

I made my research more thorough.

it is 3 cell and the ones which I sent links to.
