Product: pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need a new battery and can not find it on the parts list on the HP site.  On the battery, there is a tag that indicates, REPLACE  WITH HP SPARE 800049- 001.   This number does not come up in the parts list. Appreciate any help.

It should be 800049-001 (no space between - and 0) and HP Part Store does not stock it.
