Either the 3-cell or 4-cell will work. This is an external clip in battery so no need for teardown instructions.
4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 919701-850
3-cell, 31-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 919700-850
This would work fine:
Not uncommon to have compatible batteries with different voltages. The motherboard will translate the battery output to the correct current not unlike what is done with the AC adapter.
