Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

If I get a HP care pack for my laptop , can I get the parts fixed in India,if any part is damaged.Service center people in India told me that the laptop parts are not available in India and we need parent country permissions to check the laptop whether the part is damaged or not.

 

 

Will purchasing a HP care pack benefit me from any corner.?

They are right, you still have to send your machine to where you bought for repair. Please read

 

HP Global Warranty covers HP products at the level of standard warranty offered in the country in which it is used. For example, a product purchased in country "A" and moved to country "B" receives the current warranty coverage provided by country "B" (if that product is marketed or supported in country B).
