I have HP G9 Notebook PC 

Its under warranty 10 months before purchased

Also have 2 yrs extended HP care plan active 

My Keyboard not functioning and Screen has issues but HP  Support is not responding to my case ID and closing it without resolution, I want to escalate   please provide contact details to escalate issues I am from Mumbai India

    • Sometimes reaching out via HP's social media channels like Twitter or Facebook can get you faster responses. You can tweet to @HPSupport with your case details.
  4. Visit an HP Authorized Service Center:

    • If possible, visit an HP authorized service center in Mumbai with your purchase details and warranty information for direct assistance.
