What is the product number on the HP power adapter? Look on the bottom side of the adapter. There will be lots of information there.
It would help even more if you provided the product name and product number of the laptop that you plan on using it with.
There is normally a little diagram on power adapters that shows which wire is +.
The minus will generally be black and the blue wire will be the sense wire.

Hi thanks for your help friend ,it says so many things on it and is so small latters so ill give you this one CT;WFTLC0A1RBN0G5. and it is 19.5V 45W it is HP, IEC60950-1, and Ill say again I need to know the purpose of each one of the blue, white and black wires, if someone knows for sure and can tell me I'll be very grateful!

How about taking a digital photo of the bottom where all of the identifying information is and posting it in your next reply here.
