Hi,
I have an issue with my barely used chromebook. There are 2 usb C ports but only one of them is working.
The one I am having problem with can't recognize anything and do not charge the laptop.
Is there any way to update drivers or anything else on the software to get it work properly ?
Thanks
Simon

@smnocoeur Thanks for sharing your concern with the HP Community,
here's what I'll need, so I may be able to provide an accurate solution:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: click here
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
Did you format them in other than the FAT32 volume format in a Linux PC or an Apple device? Chrome OS only recognizes FAT32.
In the meantime, how about plugging one into a PC and saving a few PDF or jpg files to it as a test. See if that works for you.
You could also go to a store that sells the Chromebook. Bring one of your problematic USB flash drives along with you. Explain the situation you are having and ask a salesperson to try it in a Chromebook.
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
Eager to help!
