Bought this 19 Oct set up best I could but before i'd fiinished sorting out my stuff (takes time y'know) I found I couldn't turn it on. Came on after several tries, but the switch is an awkward, to me, horizontal Cetizizine tablet looking thing, and i couldn't tell if I'd operated it or not. No discernable click, or switch feel.
It went back. But I'd take the risk agaion if I thought the same thing wouldn't happen again . . .
Anybody shed light on this? I need a solid (Windows) replacement for my aging Blue Chromebook which is a few years old now.
Thanks guys; it's my first posting!

@peterws7, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that your PC was originally shipped with Windows 10 Home in S mode, and we do not support Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019.
If you have installed a different Operating System than the one which it was shipped with, revert back to the OEM using the HP Recovery media or refer to the link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
