Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm simply trying to find out how I can message/email HP about getting hold of some new rubber strips for the bottom of my laptop; they are peeling away and this is the second time this has happened (I think its a problem with heat build up.

It seems HP would prefer you to make contact by phone but I can't access the phone at work and the lines are shut when I get home
