Hello this is a very very long story so here goes
So basically in the beginning i had a scratched screen problem contacted hp through WhatsApp to start a repair . So HP arrange a repair HP said to me that UPS would come the next day and bring a box.
The next day ups came without a box and didn't knew that he should had a box with him. He took my laptop and said he would try and find a box. All fine but still makes me very paranoid about how UPS would handle my laptop. Yesterday i received my laptop back from repair center with dents and scratches all over it i dont know if it was ups or hp service center who cause it. Also the repair centerdidn't even checked if the replacement screen has a defect it has a dead green pixel or stuck pixel . Very bad service. Yesterday i called HP for over 50 minutes trying to explain everything hp employee on the phone was not to much help said to me you shouldn't have send it for repair now its worser ??? Wow HP how can you say that to customer and then he said does the laptop still works meaning he probably means if the laptop still work what does the scratches and dent matter thats what i think he meant by it.but he didn't said it like that it .but ok i explained all of the problems i got and explained i sended the laptop for repair because it an expensive laptop and if its faulty just a tiny bit it should be repaired right ? Afterwards he started an other repair case now i will be without my laptop again for while.
After ending phone call couple of minutes later i got a ups email so i printed out and dropped of my package at ups.
After 2 hours i dropped off my laptop at ups The same HP employee emailed me that i should not send it of yet that he wanted the change the repair type??????
What is all of this.
Today i was on the phone with him again the exact same hp employee so this morning i said i really had very bad customer experience he said what happened ? nothing bad happened why do you say you have a bad experience . i said what nothing ups came had no box my laptop arrived damaged screen has a dead pixel he said its my own problem and responsibility to not handed my laptop to UPS without a UPS providing me a box and said to me also the screen dead pixel since its only one they might not replace it but you replaced the screen for me shouldn't you even check if the screen has a defect or not ? This is unacceptable. Also HP stated clearly on WhatsApp that UPS would provide me with a box. UPS said they would try to find a box thats all fine i thought. But i cant be certain if the scratches and dents in the frame happened because the UPS driver had no box or it happened inside the box while shipping or it happened at service center still i find it very bad service.
Its also only 3 or 4 months old laptop how could something so bad happened with a customer.

Like i said i was on the phone with support already he was not help he was hoe to say it politely he was not nice and not helpful. Im contacting through whatsapp now but i feel like its not enough i want my complain to be heard that this is not how you treat you customers. No customers must ever experienced this ever ever again.
I want my laptop without any dents and scratches the faulty replacement screen replace or a replacement device or my money back only these 3 option.
