I have had some problems with AMD software, therefore looking for solutions I realized that my bios is apparently not updated, since my computer originally came with Windows 10 and when I updated it to Windows 11, the page nor the HP software give me the options updates since it detects that they are all in order, it is important to clarify that on the page to detect the drivers it only allows me to select Windows 10 as the operating system and not 11.

HI @Mapocho
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help resolve this issue and get your BIOS and drivers updated properly.
1. Manually Download the Latest BIOS Update
Steps to Update BIOS on Your OMEN Laptop:
Go to the HP Support Website: click here
- Visit the official HP support page for your laptop model: HP Support - OMEN 15-en0002la.
Manually Enter the Product Number:
Download BIOS Update:
Follow the Update Instructions:
2. Check for Driver and Software Updates for Windows 11
How to Update Drivers for Windows 11:
HP Support Assistant:
- Download and install the HP Support Assistant from the official HP website if you don't already have it. Even if you upgraded to Windows 11, HP Support Assistant can often help find the necessary drivers and software for your system.
- You can download it here: HP Support Assistant.
Windows Update:
- Windows Update often includes important driver updates for hardware like your graphics card, audio device, and network adapter.
- To check for Windows Update:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Click Check for Updates and let Windows install any available updates.
Device Manager:
- You can manually update specific drivers through Device Manager.
- Right-click the Start Menu button and select Device Manager.
- Look for Display adapters, Network adapters, and other hardware categories.
- Right-click on the device (for example, your AMD graphics or network adapter) and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
AMD Software:
- Since you mentioned issues with AMD software, I recommend downloading the latest version of the AMD Radeon Software (for your GPU) directly from AMD’s website, as this may include bug fixes or updates that resolve issues after your upgrade to Windows 11.
- Download here: AMD Drivers and Support.
3. BIOS Update Issues and Compatibility
Reset the BIOS: Sometimes, after an upgrade to a new operating system, a BIOS reset is helpful to ensure that all settings are configured properly. You can reset the BIOS settings to default by entering the BIOS during boot (press F10) and selecting the Reset to Default option.
BIOS Compatibility: Make sure that your current BIOS version is compatible with Windows 11. While most of the OMEN 15-en0002la models should work with Windows 11 after a BIOS update, if you're running into specific hardware or software issues (such as AMD software not working), the latest BIOS could help resolve that.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Sorry for the delay, I already completed the steps but it doesn't give me the options to update, nothing even the bios because the option only appears with Windows 10, I did the Bios update and it still doesn't update other drivers, my idea was to update the drivers. amd radeon from the radeon page but they cause errors in the speakers so I had to uninstall them
