I have an hp dv4 2165dx laptop. The processor just can't keep up with the load from Windows 10.  I have 8 gigs of ram I just installed but still not cutting it. Is there a better processor I can install if it's even possible? I think 2 cores isn't cutting it.

Looks like the best processor you can install would be the Intel Arrandale i5-540M processor.
