Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i recently purchased a hp elitebook 820 g1 laptop. everything is working except for some function keys (f9, f10, e.t.c). Someone on this forum asked the same question. He was giving a link to download a link and reboot, when I clicked on the link, i was redirected to an error page. Please help

(2) Restart Windows

(3) Test again

(4) Please report your results
