When I plug it in it doesn’t blink or do anything it just shows the charging light is on and I already tried to charge the battery by itself I know it’s not discharge I think the battery might not be usable to boot it I hope it is the battery because I can easily fix it

The battery is internal. Have you tried removing the battery and see if it will turn on and run with the battery removed using just AC power? Sometimes the battery can be so badly degraded it will prevent the laptop from turning on. If it also fails to turn on with the battery removed it is either the motherboard or the AC adapter.

I’ve heard some laptops need a battery to run because of the security or something I have tried and it didn’t work I also think it could be the ram too

No the laptop will run without a battery if it is otherwise working. Bad RAM won't stop it from powering on so its not likely that. Probably the motherboard.

What happens if it’s not bad ram but broken ram

HP Recommended

Broken? Like the modules snapped in half? Even with no memory modules inserted, laptop will power on and beep. With bad memory it usually powers on and gives an error message or just hangs. Never dealt with broken RAM. Sorry I don't have optimistic news for you.
