Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (6N143AV)

After a BIOS upgrade, my USB-C ports are having issues. They don’t recognize the charger, docking station, or anything plugged in.

Previously, restarting the system by holding the power button for more than 12 seconds would resolve the issue, but now it doesn’t work anymore.
