Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. The right hinge of my HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0023dx has broken making a small part of the screen on that same corner pop up from the case and have a crack. The machine is still working including the touchscreen, but now I can't close the laptop. What pieces do I need to order to fix this issue please? And where can I buy them? Thanks!

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. However, the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
