Help pls is the processor speed just 1.19GHz

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.19 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.79 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points

 

Can i upgrade to at least  2.4 ghz and how can i do that, i keep loosing jobs cos of low processor spped when i submit the specs
