Product: HP envy X 360 convertible notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Notebook keys 

L, O, and 9 are not working on keyboard BUT working on touchpad.

I have tried uninstalling keyboard, bios update and restart, didn't work

The keyboard hardware may be damaged and a new keyboard needs to be replaced. You can do a keyboard test in the BIOS to confirm whether this is the cause.
