Dear HP repair team,
I bought the Envy x360 for my elderly home who only use it at home gently - but now it is unable to close fully and open as the hinge has a known design flaw - as evidenced by the multiple user complaints and class action lawsuits. It is out of hardware warranty now but as it is a serious design flaw, I want it addressed promptly, thank you.

I am traveling at the moment, do I have to go to the original purchase country repair shops (USA)? Can you give a quote to send for repairs from Mongolia for example? Or can I go to repair shop in Thailand or other countries that does have a repair shop but different from country of purchase?
