Hello,

 

I have a HP envy x360 13.3 inch 2in1 laptop which will not turn on. This happened during a BIOS update from HP support assistant app it got to 75% of the update and it tried to restart of its own accord to complete the update but it has not turned on again since. The charging light will not come on since the update. It has no signs of life and I cannot hear anything even trying to turn on at all.

 

I have tried holding the power button down and then pressing it and nothing.

 

I have tried holding key shortcuts like windows key with B or V along with the power button and nothing.

 

I have held other key shortcuts like shift, windows key and V with the power button and nothing.

 

I have tried all the HP support app AI assistant suggestions and nothing seems to be working.

 

I have left it unplugged for two days and tried to charge it and still no charging light.

 

I was wondering if anyone is able to help please?
