Hello everyone.
I trusted and bought HP envy x360 in 2020. Today I was using it like as usual normally.
And when I was done with my work and tried to close laptop, it's right side hinge got stuck all of a sudden and cracked.
Laptop's screen is broken now and hinge is still stuck there at it is.
It's a manufacturer defect and you all know it. I won't pay for something that isn't my fault at all. HP should know it and do all that is need to be done.
I'm a student and I was trying to get an internship or job with it but now it's broken and I'm very sad right now as it's out of warranty and I don't have money for repair. I don't know what to do.
Please help me out with this issue.

This wasn't helpful at all.
I talked to customer care, they said I have to pay for all the damage even tho it wasn't my fault at all.
This laptop and my college fees are already on loans. I don't know how I'm gonna pay for this.
I can't even get a job now 😭
