HP envy x360 m6 w101dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery life had decreased significantly in the last couple months so I decided to buy a new one and replace it myself after looking up how to do it.

I got the new battery, opened my laptop up, swapped it out and it would not turn on. I realized I bought the battery for the w105dx instead of the 101 so I connected the old battery back and all the ribbons and now neither of them will turn my laptop back on. The charging cable still indicates that it charges and that my laptop is fully charged when plugged in, but nothing turns on or boots up. Unsure if I damaged something else in the process but I was extremely careful and everything is properly connected as far as I can tell
