HP fix your BIOS / Driver: Every time the Convertible is put into tablet mode (keyboard placed behind the screen), the fans turn on at 32 ° (the skin temperatures says 32, but as you can see in the image, how can it be hotter than the CPU that generates the heat?) and no longer turn off even when the Skin Temperature drops below 31.2 degrees !!!!
(so the PC says that it's cold, but the Fans still Spinns like it's hot...)
This problem has existed since day one and has never been solved: formatted, sent to you, replace the fans, reinstalled all drivers.
This is a problem because the tablet mode is so unusable for a student that needs only to take a note in a quiet place.
HP, please, fix this problem.
