HP repair order BXDZ7248-01

We shipped our damaged Pavilion 14T-EK2K2XXX X360 INTEL to hP on 7/14/25.  They received it on 7/16/25.  We received 4 revised estimated delivery dates from hP.  The most recent delivery date is still shown as 9/29/25.  Service Event is shown as "Probably Beyond Economic Repair".  Order Status is "Part Pending".  Detailed status is "Your product is in the process of being repaired".  I called hP to get an update and sat on automated hold for 1 hour, then was disconnected.  

Looking for advice on how to talk with a live person at hP, to determine repair status of our laptop.
