Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is the HP 15dy2154wm compatible with USB-C PD 3.0 (Power Delivery) charging? It would untangle my desk very nicely if I could use the same charger for bot laptops! The output specs of the USB-C charger that I want to use is:

20V 3.25A / 15V 3A / 9V 3A / 5V 3A (USB Type-C PD) Max power 65W.
