Product: HP Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When I test the battery using hp support assistant I get the following:

Primary battery: replace

The primary battery is reporting a failure and needs to be replaced as soon as possible.

That is the main battery of your machine. Please remove it, get its part number and order from HP (if available) or some online stores including eBay.

 

Sorry, I don't know your notebook (there hundreds or thousands of models/products around) therefore I've got no idea what is its battery.
