HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fc0000 (733M2AV)

I purchased a HP laptop less than 2 month back. With this I also purchased a 3 year extended warranty care pack. My purchases were through directly  HP.COM website. Soon after my purchase, I started facing problem with "Windows update". I contacted them via chat and they resolved the problem; However, they same problem started after few days again. I again contacted them via chat and they again corrected it. Again the same problem started an d I asked them to give me a new laptop as a replacement as it was faulty from the start. But they said that because you are slightly above the 30 days exchange period guarantee, therefore, we cannot exchange it. My question is- although i asked for exchange on a later date but i was having this problem from the start, which is proved by the fact that i contacted them for it in very early days. I will post this review in google and everywhere and everything whatever I can do. But can i sue them for it? Is it worth of it? I am seriously thinking about it now. I have like 10 HP products including various laptop. I was always happy with them. But this time my trust as well as my patience is ending.
