HP Recommended

Ever since I bought this laptop 2 years ago, it's been slow. I know, I should have returned it then. Now it takes good 10 min to start then extra 10 min to load and so that I can start opening the browser (I use Mozilla). How can I make improve the speed?

Here are some of the specs: Windows 11 Home 64bits AMD Athlon Gold 3150Uprocessor 2.4GHz RAM 12GB (9.94GB usable) HDD 1T, so far used 220GB

The biggest improvement would be to replace the hard drive with a solid state drive.

It is a budget CPU and is never going to be very fast, but an SSD will make it useable. Post back with any more questions.
