My laptop just stopped working like a month ago when I press the power button it goes to that greyish screen and then after like 2 minutes turns off makes no noise or nothing and I've tried pressing f11 when starting it up but it only shows the blue screen no text or anything then just turns off after a few minutes. I've even tried going into the BIOS settings thing and resetting the things to default but that doesn't work either so what can I do?

Hi @megumi35

Does this happen with the power adapter plugged in or when using the battery alone?

It is likely the recovery partition has been damaged.  Is the disk drive the original drive?

You mentioned you got into the bios so the laptop motherboard seems to be working

Can you press ESC and run the disk diagnostic?

It appears that your laptop has cloud recover

We need to see if the disk is good and possibly you can get into safe mode and recover your files

@erico you beat me to it.
