Bought this laptop in 2019. This laptop is terrible built. Cheap plastic parts. The laptop screen connected to the keyboard broke. Parts just fell off the laptop like screws. Anyone else having issues with this laptop? I called HP support they said your warranty expired back in NOV 2021. They can't help me. I tried to talk to a manager on duty. They said this is the warranty department unfortunately we can't help you. HP needs to confess they make bad laptops with cheap parts. Take care of your customers! Fix the laptops or get people a refund. Who do I talk to now to have HP fix this. It's a recall on a defective laptop.
