hello there, so i have hp omen 17-cb0035ur, gpu fan is broken and i want to replace , so my question is will any other omen 17-cb fan be fine or do i need to get specifically cb0035ur fan

The fans are all the same but the manufacturer may change from year to year

The following comment indicates a real problem replacing a fan, quoting:

Heat sink/fan assembly comes as a single part. You have to replace both. Binu_HP Social Media Tech Support

 

A parts list is here but unaccountably no fan is listed, but eBay has fans

You may have to contact support to get the fan / heatsink assembly.
