Hi,
I am seeking an information about Fans RPM on HP Laptop - HP Pavilion 15-bc003nc. I could not find the information anywhere (HP website, maintenance and service guide, user guide etc.).
To put it simply, yesterday I noticed increase of heat inside my laptop while gaming and I think one of the fans is not working properly (when I try to feel the airlow behind the vent where fans are located). As per maintenance and service guide my Laptop should have 2 fans. I downloaded SpeedFan app to monitor fan speed, put my laptop under pressure (70°C on both CPU and GPU) and it shows this:
Fan1: min 2139 RPM, max 3623 RPM
Fan2: min 132 RPM, max 224 RPM
The questions are:
What are usual RPM values for fans of my laptop?
Should Fan2 show similar RPM to Fan1?
Are the fans working together or are they reserved for specific hardware (CPU or GPU)?
Thank you for any suggestions. I am asking these questions to determine whether Fan2 is faulty and whether I should replace it (yes, I am out of warranty).
Sincerely,
Matt

@MattAbos Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are facing issues with Fan.
Do not worry. I will help you in this regard.
See one Fan is for the processor and the other one is for the graphics card.
One Fan runs faster usually the CPU Fan and the other run slower.
According to the (70°C on both CPU and GPU) is normal. It should not cross more than 100 degrees.
The Fan RPM depends on the temperature and it keeps changing.
No need to replace the fan.
I hope you understand.
