Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a few HP laptops. 2 of them have old type hinges and the hinges have been broken. How can I get these fixed from HP? They are out of HP warranty now. I have read in the forums that this is a design flaw from HP and they should be providing a fix in this case.  As a loyal customer I would expect HP to fix my laptops for me and not charge for this.
