Product: HP 15-bs033cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am planning to send my laptop to hp service center to repair screen . When I talked to the agent, I also requested the written cost estimate to initiate extended warranty coverage procedure with credit card company  but she said it is impossible. Is there anyway I can get written repair cost estimate so that I can move onto next steps?
