Hi Everyone! I have an HP Pavilion gaming 15 laptop and it just won't turn on and was working fine hrs ago. What happened was playing tekken 8 on my laptop and a kid from neighborhood barged in and said he wanted to play too so in order to get him off my back i just straight up closed my laptop's lid. After a few when i got back to my laptop, It was turned off and when i clicked the power button, the light just turned ON for 5-6 seconds and then went back to being dead again tried a few times again but got same results everytime. Its also not like the laptop was unplugged as whenever I play any game, I play with charger plugged in for better performance. I couldn't find any significant difference so get a grasp of whats wrong with it only noticeable thing i found is that the notification light when charger is plugged in, usually it goes like with low battery it glows orange and when the device is fully charged it glows white so when i tried to turn it on with charger plugged, as soon as you plug in it first turns orange and after 1-2 seconds it turns and stays white. Please can anybody help me out here as this issue is affecting my office work too

When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line in the system summary list on the right hand side is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
