Hello,

 

I would like to know if HP laptops 1xs (14s 15s) and HP 17 have accessible RAM empty slot so I can change RAM or not

it is not clearly mentioned in spec page

Yes, they can all be upgraded (2 slots) to 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM

make sure you purchase RAM that runs at 3200MHz without XMP
