Hello, I am from India.

I have recently purchased HP OMEN 15 15-en0001AX Ryzen 4600H-1650ti (1*8GB Ram) variant from Flipkart. I want to expand it's RAM. I want to expand it to 32GB.

Can I expand it upto 32GB?

HP OMEN 15 for more specification

In specification they mentioned ram can be expandable upto 16GB only. But some HP dealers are saying it can upgradable upto 32gb and even crucial website is saying it can be upgradable upto 32GB.

You should be able to upgrade to 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) of memory.

 

I would go with what Crucial indicates.

 

Even chapter 1 of the service manual indicates you can...

If ram can be upgradable upto 32GB then why hpindia is not updating device specification information on Amazon India and Flipkart india.

On both site's, they have mentioned that ram can be expandable upto 16GB only.

Also there is no official update from hpindia regarding this. 

That's why lots of customers in india are confused regarding this model.
