Yikes! That is seriously difficult to read.
Can you do the same thing, but this time use word wrap?
That is all I did to make what I put in the Notebook Knowledge Base article legible.
Otherwise, I will have to go through a real headache of pasting it into the notebook app.

I put it back into a readable format.
Based on the Battery-Report, my conclusion is that your battery needs to be replaced in order to regain useful mobile use of the notebook again.
If the Omen is still in warranty, the replacement shouldn't cost you anything, although generally, main batteries have warranty for one year.
