Hi,

I have an hp omen 2018 (dc0106tx) laptop and there is nothing but trouble since I got it because of terrible hp support. The laptop display broke within a month and hp service center took about 2 months to give it back. Then charger failed. Last week, Windows key in the keyboard failed and the service center was again terrible to deal with. Just now, the same windows key failed again. Why is it happening again and again and is there anything else I can do apart from taking it to the service center?

I would just return it. At least here in Sweden the third time it breaks, one just takes it back and leaves it there, money back or another product.

No need for thumbs up or other farcical deeds.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

@Petro_ Unfortunately it's going to be very hard here in India. I just have to fight with HP Support. Both online and offline retailers are just sell and forget and anything after that is at the mercy of HP authorized service centers who doesn't give a **bleep** about you. I guess I made a big mistake 😞
