HP Omen AX250WM
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I recently bought and added a crucial P1 500gb NVME m.2 pcie ssd to my omen ax250wm laptop. Although I did have some issue cloning my stock 1tb hdd to my ssd, I suceeeded and plugged in in the m.2 slot next to the battery. However, when I tried to change the boot order to my ssd, it would not show up on the bios. It would just say boot from windows drive/boot from cd/ usb etc. but not ssd. Even when I went on change boot order, it would not show up. The thing here is that the ssd shows up fine on the windows but not on bios. I updated the bios from the hp website but nothing has changed. Please help. I need to know so I could return this ssd i f the board does not support it.

How did you do the clone? Just to test the ability of the computer to use and boot from the M.2 disk take out the hard drive and try to clean install Windows 10 onto the M.2 disk.
