Hello. I had accidentally dented by device, HP Pavilion, and the bottom silver body is opening up. Is it advisable to change the body as it is dented on the sides and also lower/bottom body is opening up slightly.?

I understand that your HP notebook housing is damaged, in order to fix this issue casing needs to be replaced.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.
