Hello,

an specific question regarding Ram Module. there are two types of  Module Ram for the laptop one is running in 1.5 Volt another is 1.35 Volt.in the Ram BANK in mother board it is written 1.5Volt.in the attachment you can 1.5 VOlt description.

So may I know which RAM must be bought 1.35 Volt or 1.5 volt or it does not matter?

Note: you can see in the picture, bottom ram bank is written 1.5 Volt.is it possible one ram bank is working on 1.35 and another 1.5 volt?

to sum up,I just wanted to be sure which RAM module would be suitable for ram upgrade regarding Voltage functionality of RAM.

Thanks in advance

I can't explain that "1.5 volt". Your laptop uses 1.35 volt DDR3L (low voltage) memory and that is what you should buy. DDR3L can actually run at EITHER 1.35 or 1.5 volts but older plain DDR3 only runs at 1.5.

Hello again and sorry again.

I found this

https://www.ebay.de/itm/4GB-SAMSUNG-SO-DIMM-RAM-DDR3L-1600-Mhz-M471B5173DB0-YK0-PC3L-12800S-1-35V-Me...

but there is just a difference in the tag in the picture which is written 12800S but in the description bottom of the page is written 12800 without S....

So the question is even if it is  12800 (not 12800S)is it really important? or it is problematic?

Rest of spec are absoultely the same that you sent the link with link above except 12800 S.

"S" is not a problem. Thats the kind of memory you need.
