Buongiorno, ho un PC Pavillion e una settimana fa da un momento all'altro mi é stato riferito dal PC di sostituire la batteria. La batteria non mostra segni di usura (gonfiamento, ecc..) la batteria prima della disconnessione manteneva pienamente la carica anche per tre ore e non ha mostrato mai segni di usura. Secondo voi è normale sostituirla senza la presenza di segni di usura? Possibile causa Windows 11 o la mancata istallazione di driver?
