LAPTOP DESCRIPTION
HI , i am Nishant from India . I am using HP Pavilion 15- n003tx laptop which was bought back in 2014 . It currently has 4gp RAM pre-installed . Disk space is 1 TB (500 GB used till now ) .
PROBLEM
When I am using heavy software like photoshop , Autodesk 3ds Max , the laptop speed slows down very much .
People have suggested me to install SSD or RAM to improve the speed . I am confused as to what should I get installed in the laptop to make the It work fast while running heavy software .
please provide the best budget solution for the above problem . I will be very grateful ...

That is very, very, very normal. Above apps use all machine resource therefore machine will slow down. Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c03896635
It has
- Slow CPU,
- Tiny amount of RAM,
- Slow like snail 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA,
It RAM too small, machine has to swap in/out to slow HDD and HDD itself to spin to dead
Therefore
- You can't do anything for CPU
- Give more RAM to 16GB (max) using 2 piecs of: https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct102464bf160b/ct6929301
- Replace HDD to faster such as https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct1000mx500ssd1/ct11500638
or similar from other vendors
Regards.
