I have a hp pavilion g4-dual core processor i wonder if i can upgarde cpu to intel i5 is it possible or not please revert me back

As I understand you want to upgrade the processor & you need information about the same,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Did you know that HP Does not recommend upgrading or making changes to the processor?

 

If not, I must let you know that though we do not support changes with the motherboard and/or the processor,

You can find a list of compatible (tested & approved) hardware for your device on the HP Service & maintenance guide:
