I wanted to add some more ram instead my motherboard shorted.  Had it check by technicians but they dont have the parts.  Can anyone help me where to get this type of motherboard?

According to PartSurfer, your motherboard's specs are:

 

Part description: MOTHERBOARD UMA i5-10210U WIN

Part number: L67767-601

HP PartSurfer

 

HP doesn't carry the board. You need to do an online search by the part number. For example, google search yields some vendors who carry the part.
